Jordan Collison is a passionate endurance coach and healthcare professional dedicated to helping athletes perform at their highest level. As the Head Cross Country and Distance Coach at the University of Windsor, Jordan brings extensive experience in athlete development, performance training, and long-term endurance programming.

Professionally, Jordan serves as an Osteopathic Manual Therapist (D.O.M.P) and Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) with Ignite Health, where he works with clients to improve movement, recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness through a holistic approach to care.

Jordan is a NCCP performance trained coach who has helped athletes ranging from national champions to first-time marathoners achieve their goals through personalized, evidence-based training. With a background in coaching, kinesiology, and osteopathy, he bridges the gap between performance and health to help athletes train smarter and stay healthy.

With a Master of Science in Kinesiology and a lifetime dedicated to competitive distance running, Josh combines evidence-based coaching with firsthand racing experience.

As an athlete, he ran 2:24 for the marathon and represented Canada at the FISU Cross Country Championships. He currently serves as the Head Coach of the St. Clair College men’s and women’s cross country teams, helping athletes reach their full potential through individualized, performance-focused training.

Whether an athlete is chasing a Boston Marathon qualifier, a marathon personal best, or is a beginner runner looking for guidance, Josh’s goal is to help every runner train smarter, race faster, and perform when it matters most.

Sydney has been coaching alongside Jordan and Josh for the past few years, and is currently an assistant coach for the university of Windsor’s cross country and distance teams.
 
With a degree in kinesiology and a love for endurance running and track and field, Sydney also has a passion for athlete development. Whether an athlete is looking to compete at the highest level or run at a recreational level, she strives to help them reach their personal goals.
 
Sydney is also a competitive athlete herself. She has three national medals at the USports level, one in the 1000m and two in the 1500m. Sydney holds the university of Windsor’s school record in the mile, and personal bests of 4:16 in the 1500m, 9:12 in the 3km, and 16:07 in the 5km.
