WinCity Endurance Project athlete Noah Costa delivered a standout performance at the Ryan Shay Invitation Mile, running 3:56.9 to break the four-minute barrier and lower his personal best by five seconds.

The performance marks a significant milestone, building on his breakout year and continuing the momentum of an impressive season.

The result also places Noah as the fastest recorded miler in Windsor/Essex, adding another notable achievement to an already impressive season.
